This role involves heavy interaction with data, requiring a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to convey complex information across all levels of the organization.
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, or related field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Align and integrate Customer Success projects and operational activities with strategic goals.
- Partner with key departments to execute projects and evaluate their success against objectives.
- Develop and maintain CS processes, dashboards, and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present status reports and presentations for internal management and cross-functional leaders.
- Assist with the implementation of CS initiatives, maintaining a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in Project and Program Management in a demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Gainsight, Tableau, Google Sheets, and other analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Looking for 4 to 7 years of experience
