Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) with an emphasis on speed to market and measurable results. This role demands a high level of expertise in marketing within the retail sector and vendor-funded programs, leveraging strong cross-functional and vendor partnerships. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver and communicator with a proven track record in managing multiple concurrent projects, driving process improvements, and achieving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional team members and vendors, facilitating seamless program execution.
  • Proactively identify and address roadblocks in campaign execution to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Develop and refine processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness of campaign delivery.
  • Drive strategy through completion, demonstrating tangible outcomes from marketing initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong expertise in integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven ability in project and vendor management.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
