Job Description Summary:
The Project Manager, Customer Success & Education, will play a crucial role in spearheading projects focused on improving customer onboarding, education, and success. This involves collaborating with multiple internal teams and external partners to develop educational initiatives designed to help customers achieve their business goals and maximize their use of Adobe products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a blend of project management expertise, a deep understanding of customer success principles, and the ability to develop and execute educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of customer education and success projects, including planning, execution, and tracking, to deliver within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to create educational resources that meet customer needs and enhance their journey.
- Develop strategies based on customer feedback and data analysis to improve education, support, and overall customer success.
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging educational content and curriculums aligned with Adobe products.
- Implement effective tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure and report on the success of educational initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven project management experience, ideally in customer success and education fields.
- Strong capability in designing and executing customer-focused education programs.
- Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of complex ideas to various stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management with a focus on customer success and educational programs.
- Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is highly advantageous.
