Summary:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator for the Prisma Access Activation Team at Palo Alto Networks to manage short-duration projects in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will handle project logistics for about 40 projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly deliverables, mainly catering to Federal customers within the FedRAMP space. This role involves close collaboration with the team and stakeholders to meet project objectives and deliver excellence in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects for the Professional Services Scale Team, focusing on short-duration initiatives.
• Identify project resources, establish kickoff meetings, and develop project schedules.
• Coordinate project activities, communicate schedules, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored.
• Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expert communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Strong organizational skills, including proficient use of project management tools.
• Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Industry Experience:

• Tech industry experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with Federal projects within the FedRAMP space.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus for supporting LATAM customers, though not mandatory.
• PMP certification is highly regarded.
