JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will work closely with the Sales, Sales Operations, Readiness and Channel Readiness teams to execute on the plan to obtain attestations related to an upcoming product release.
- The scope of this project coordination includes research, planning, communication and the implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Leverage the our financial client Lending Portal and Salesforce.com to identify target audience.
- Audit the target audience list to ensure contact information is captured.
- Own the execution of outbound phone and email communications to obtain attestations from the target audience.
- Capture and document attestation in accordance with Legal, Risk and Compliance requirements.
- Document the training attestation in Salesforce.com.
- High volume Outbound Phone Call experience
- Microsoft Office including excel and outlook
- Time Management/Organizational Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Salesforce Experience (is plus not required)
