Primary Skills: Program Management, Experience in Voice process or Customer Centric Background, Knowledge of Andriod and IOS Apps.

- Responsible for support of large programs, creates appropriate documentation, including but not limited to: agendas, minutes, and capturing accomplishments.
- Develops supporting documentation and monitors timeliness and scheduled resources for projects, develops & reports on project metrics, project planning & scheduling, collation and alignment of status reports, ensures compliance with practices, policies, procedures, goals of project sponsors and approved methodologies.
- This specific role is focussed on the Voice of the Customer and analytics for our native platforms (iOS and Android apps) - monitoring customer sentiment, native KPIs, understanding features per release, working globally to understand user needs and synthesizing regular reports and action plans to continuously improve Client's native apps.
