Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour on W2

Summary:
Seeking a skilled Sales Operations & Marketing Fund Manager to streamline pricing mechanisms, eliminate manual processes, and oversee marketing funds. The role involves comprehensive budget management, operation tracking, and liaising with global sales teams to strengthen market positioning. The ideal candidate will implement and manage the ART tool for all tracking, approvals, claims, etc., ensuring efficiency and transparency across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Relief Deal Desk and Escalation Handling: Manage CR requests, provide guidance to sellers, fostering partnerships with Client Deal Desk to secure approval and minimize deal friction.
  • Deal Support and Guidance: Review quotes, analyze margins, and guide sellers on deal structuring to increase revenue and maximize high-margin sales through strategic offers and cost relief.
  • Promo/Offer Management: Manage customer promo offer launches, facilitate weekly collaboration, and ensure timely launch relevant offers to bring more revenue.
  • Top Deals Acceleration: Proactively engage with account teams on large Client deals to ensure progression and deal closure
  • Client Metrics & QBO: Generate report metrics with actionable insights and deliver key performance indicators related to customers' deal activities.
  • Process Integration (Cisco IT – CR Workstream) : Represent CR Deal Desk team and work and collaborate with cross functional team's workshop aimed at integrating critical Nutanix partnership process (deal registration, cost relief, bookings, and support renewals) into a more robust workflow and efficient workflow within Salesforce.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Excellent collaborative and management skills

Industry Experience:
Prior experience in Sales Operations, preferably within the IT or Tech sector, with familiarity in handling marketing funds and analytics tools.
