Pay Range: $35 - $40 Per hour

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Lightbox Creative team, which is dedicated to spearheading Go To Market programs for top investments and future innovations. This role necessitates a candidate with a keen business acumen, capable of strategizing and implementing high-level program initiatives while fostering influential partnerships across various domains. The successful candidate will exhibit leadership, an exceptional ability to collaborate, and a passion for driving creativity alongside a multidisciplinary team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead with emotional intelligence to bring creative ideas to fruition while managing complex objectives and multiple channels.
Ensure alignment of all cross-functional stakeholders on goals, strategy, and creative direction.
Maintain project documentation including program plans, schedules, SOWs, and retrospectives.
Liaise with Project Managers and Producers to maintain consistency and quality standards for production-related channels.
Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to overcome program risks and produce program reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of experience, preferably in Program Management in creative space
Exceptional collaboration, facilitation, and organizational abilities.
Comfort with problem-solving and navigating ambiguity.
Release Management experience for Display Products and Enterprise programs
Strong working knowledge of Project Management tools (Workfront) is preferred
