JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Senior Technology Program Manager for Business Automation Platforms (BAP) to be an integral part of a solution delivery team, managing a range of enterprise Service Management product strategy and execution programs/projects. This key role involves partnership and collaboration with technical delivery leaders, project managers, and business teams, focusing on ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms across a large-scale matrix organization. The successful candidate will drive initiatives from planning and requirements gathering through to execution and implementation, ensuring projects meet time, cost, scope, and quality parameters.

- Manage multiple enterprise Service Management product strategy and execution programs/projects for ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms.
- Collaborate with technical delivery leaders, project managers, and business teams to manage end-to-end program delivery.
- Serve as a PMO program leader to Business Automation Platform project managers, offering Project Management methodology support, mentoring, and portfolio reporting.
- Lead integration projects, driving initiatives from planning, requirements gathering, through to execution and implementation.
- Facilitate technical conversations to identify issues/risks and mitigate them throughout the course of the initiative.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in Project Management within large-scale matrix organizations.
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in leading business automation and integration projects.
