JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the management and maintenance of Salesforce and Workfront within the Creative team.
- Identify and resolve technical problems while overseeing daily operational tickets and issues.
- Manage system and tool enhancements and implementations to streamline creative operations.
- Develop user guidance documentation and conduct informative trainings for creative and cross-functional teams.
- Create and compile reports on creative programs and projects according to business needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Salesforce and Workfront with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Salesforce & Workfront certified.
- Creative thinker, process & solutions oriented, can engage an audience at any user level for trainings and discourse.
