Duration:  3+ Months with possible extension
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading complex product delivery programs across numerous teams to achieve strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will drive alignment, manage risks, and refine standardized processes for efficient execution of initiatives. This highly visible position requires strong leadership to deliver new product offerings successfully from roadmap to release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps into actionable plans.
  • Oversee project planning, milestone tracking, and timely delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate critical path dependencies and risks.
  • Synthesize program information for executive-level communication.
  • Optimize processes and drive adoption of best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive engagement.

This role requires experience in the software and SaaS industry, with a preference for candidates who understand Go-to-Market strategies.
