• Develop and implement a structured program operating rhythm to effectively unify complex, cross-functional team efforts.
• Drive the creation of comprehensive program roadmaps and execution plans, covering all phases from planning through to production readiness and launch.
• Collaborate with executive teams, product management, engineering, and various cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and efficient progress towards program outcomes.
• Identify critical issues and dependencies within the program, driving them to resolution quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate program progress, risks, dependencies, and changes across the organization and at all levels in a clear and actionable manner.

• Demonstrated leadership in program management within a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficient understanding of SaaS technologies and experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
