JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans including milestones, resource allocation, and success metrics.
- Operationalize Generative AI (GenAI) solutions from concept to scalable applications, in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Drive cross-functional cooperation, ensuring alignment and clear communication across departments including HR, Legal, and Tech.
- Champion and facilitate a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and celebration of success within the workforce.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the resilience and success of GenAI programs.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a tech environment.
- Strong strategic planning and program management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Passion for AI and a working knowledge of GenAI concepts.
- Experience leading effective Change Management programs.
- Desired Skills: Google Sheets, Google Suite, Smartsheet for dashboarding, AI Prompting using ChatGPT
- Experience in a SaaS or Technology company, preferably with an enterprise-level focus on program management and successful implementation of change management programs.
