JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager capable of overseeing projects across various methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. This role is designed for a flexible, dynamic leader who can manage diverse teams and ensure the successful completion of complex projects from start to finish. The right candidate will demonstrate expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
• Drive project execution, monitor progress, anticipate roadblocks, and facilitate cross-team coordination to ensure project success.
• Facilitate project meetings, documenting minutes and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform day-to-day reporting, effectively communicating project status while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively identify and remove barriers faced by the project team, ensuring seamless project progress and fostering a healthy team environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid experience in program management using various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki; Adobe Workfront experience is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
