Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee both data center operations and manufacturing projects within our organization. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and delivering on initiatives that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our data center operations and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with diverse teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all projects align with our organizational goals and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help track and provide status on projects - reporting vs quarterly / annual goals
- Support governance and tracking for organizational performance indicators, key results, accomplishments, challenges and progress vs. quarterly / annual goals
- Monitor and schedule ‘rhythm of the business’ including operational reviews, executive readouts, and program or special topic updates, action item tracking and team coordination
- Draft communications deliverables and statuses to align multiple teams - enabling coordination to drive project and process progress.
- Develop documentation and SOPs to ensure consistency in processes
- Create and organize information for client management so that they can present that
- information in a manner which is clearly presentable and shareable with multiple
stakeholders. - Assist in the development and adoption of Google applications for reporting and tracking programs / project.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong project management expertise.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Profound knowledge of data center infrastructure or manufacturing processes.
Industry Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in data center operations or project management, with a preference for candidates possessing knowledge of both sectors.
