Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Project Manager to join the Cisco Common Platform Services (CCPS) team, focusing on driving cross-functional and cloud backend engineering projects to successful outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, product management, and various cross-functional teams to oversee a variety of data-driven improvement programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables are achieved on time. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing large-scale migration and cloud projects, fostering strong relationships across teams, and effectively communicating project statuses to all partnership levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute technical and strategic cross-functional projects.
• Build comprehensive project plans addressing dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee project deliverables, milestones, technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering and program leaders to establish project priorities.
• Maintain high-level project communications, prepare status reports, and drive process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Profound experience in technical project management.
• Strong capability in agile and scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Industry Experience Required:

• Proven background in SaaS Platform, Migration, and Cloud Projects.
• Experience in Operational Efficiency programs is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with working in a multinational team environment and accommodating various time zones, especially China/PST.

Additional Notes:

• This is a remote position with an initial 1-year assignment duration.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Six Sigma, PMP) are desired but not mandatory.
• Cisco experience is a plus.
