Location: Oakland, CA (#LI-Hybrid)
Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role involves independently tackling intricate problems and shaping strategic program plans. You will be accountable for delivering key program outcomes, analyzing financial data, and presenting actionable insights to leadership. The position requires a proactive approach to managing projects and financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee complex program initiatives, developing strategic plans and goals.
  • Analyze financial forecasts, identify variances, and propose solutions.
  • Develop custom reports, summarizing findings and providing business insights.
  • Communicate recommendations and project status to diverse management levels.
  • Independently resolve moderate to complex technical and business challenges.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale programs.
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Industry Experience:
Experience with energy industry applications, including customer efficiency and data, is highly preferred.
