JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage project financials for various active programs, projects, and workstreams within a technology portfolio.
- Provide oversight for coordination, rollup, management, and reporting of all technology program and project financials.
- Create and standardize project management financial processes and tools for the project management community.
- Be accountable for budget/planning, actuals, and forecast processes for capital and operational expenses.
- Support portfolios, programs, and projects with high complexity, analyzing financial data and maintaining budget tracking.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Financial Controller or Financial Analyst role.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VLookups, Pivot Tables, Modeling, Report Building, and SAP experience (T Codes: CJI3, CN43N, ME23N, KSB1).
- Strong understanding of project accounting and GAAP principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to influence partners and key business decisions, along with experience in process improvements.
