JOB SUMMARY:
Client is looking for a PgM Level 2 Order Management (OM) and Order Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join their team in Atlanta, Austin, or Ohio, fully onsite. The successful candidate will manage blocked orders, execute change plans effectively within SLAs, and work to enhance the OM/OCM process efficiency through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about ensuring smooth order flow and optimizing operational processes in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Triage and resolve blocked orders, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Execute tasks related to order changes, cancellations, and manual ordering, providing clear directives.
• Collaborate with customers to comprehend and implement feasible change plans.
• Identify process improvements, participate in UAT for new features, and maintain essential documentation.
• Analyze order performance and report on key metrics, identifying areas for action to address missed SLAs and manual interventions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in Order Management and Order Change Management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with UAT processes and documentation standards.

Required Domain Experience:

• Experience managing global order management processes for large-scale clients, handling discrepancies, build planning, and customer inquiries will be preferred.
