Job Summary:
The Program Manager will take a leadership role in the Consumer Trust Organization, focusing on combating fraud and enhancing customer trust through strategic program management. This role is centered on driving efficiency and effectiveness in fraud detection and safety operations through automation and optimized program management. The ideal candidate will orchestrate efforts across departments, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational goals and enhancing operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and align portfolio management across fraud and consumer trust programs with strategic organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement automation and optimization strategies to elevate program impact and efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and planning across the Consumer Trust portfolio.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with teams like Legal, Security, and Engineering to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
  • Create and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor program outcomes and provide actionable insights.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement and consensus building.
  • Profound experience in portfolio and cross-functional program management.
Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in program management within fraud strategy, trust & safety, or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with operational dynamics in large-scale organizations and distributed team management.
