Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end program and project management in alignment with industry standards.
- Partner with various functions to envision and deliver high-quality business solutions.
- Continuously map and re-engineer business processes for streamlined operations.
- Identify and implement process/system controls to maintain effectiveness of changes and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to solutions.
- Proven ability to influence across levels and functions within and outside the organization.
- Demonstrated capacity for collaboration and overcoming obstacles.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in Business Strategy, M&A Integrations, Consulting, or Customer Experience functions required.
- Core 3-5 years in leading/driving business transformation, operational excellence, or process engineering projects preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required, with MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
