JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
The PMO Change Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement change management strategies aligned with PMO goals, assess the impact of changes, engage key stakeholders, and oversee development of execution plans.
Responsibilities include developing governance framework, creating communication plans, coaching project managers on change management, and monitoring progress of change initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leading organizational change management projects
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other communication tools
