This role involves driving customer deployment programs, managing project timelines, resources, and operational projects with a focus on new services IP delivery and partner communications. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT on systems and infrastructure processes to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with technical and business resources.
- Build and execute project work plans, adjusting to meet changing requirements.
- Assign responsibilities and tasks to team members, managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
- Implement Palo Alto Networks Project Management methodology to minimize risk and ensure project standards.
- Provide executive dashboards on project/program status and mentor junior project managers and coordinators.
- Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SmartSheets).
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines; strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
- This remote position offers the opportunity to lead dynamic projects and contribute significantly to our service delivery cycle, without the need for a desk at our office, prioritizing flexibility and efficiency
