Contract Type:  W2
Duration:  5+ Months 
Location: Remote 
Pay Range: $50 - $60 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
An ideal candidate will support and execute end-to-end production workflows, ensuring successful productions and superior guest experiences. This role involves coordinating event logistics, managing online guest interactions with responsiveness and authenticity, and collaborating across teams to enhance guest communication. Furthermore, the candidate will embrace and refine internal tools and processes, contributing to the efficiency and quality of production operations while advocating for guest and team experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end production workflows to deliver successful events and quality guest experiences.
  • Assist internal production leads with logistics, coordination, and managing guest communications online.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize guest communications, including FAQ maintenance and best practices.
  • Adopt and enhance internal tools and processes for production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Represent guest interests, promoting initiatives that elevate the experience for both internal teams and external attendees.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a high-pressure environment.

Industry Experience:

  • Experience in event production, hospitality, or social media community management is preferred, including a background in client-facing or guest-facing roles. Familiarity with Salesforce and Asana is advantageous.

Additional Requirements: The role is remote with up to 15% travel expected.
