Job Summary:
We are seeking an Advanced Level Autodesk Fusion Specialist for a hybrid role based in Portland, OR, focusing on leveraging Autodesk Fusion capabilities to enhance IT systems operations within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will directly engage with customers through various communication channels and utilize their expert Fusion skills alongside a strong customer service mindset to solve complex issues. This position requires a blend of technical prowess in Autodesk Fusion and CAM, teamed with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate IT systems operations utilizing Autodesk Fusion.
• Determine user needs and requirements to recommend system improvements.
• Direct customer interaction via email, phone, and chat to resolve issues.
• Follow proper documentation workflows and case management practices.
• Work under immediate supervision, reporting to a project leader or manager.

Must-Have Skills:

• High-level proficiency with Autodesk Fusion.
• Excellent customer service soft skills.
• Positive team collaboration mindset.

Domain or Industry Experience:

• 2-5 years of relevant industry experience, with a preference for candidates possessing experience with Fusion, CAM workflows (e.g., Fusion 360 CAM, PowerMill), CNC Programming, Machining or Machine Setup.
• Familiarity with FEA/CAE tools is considered a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, alongside exemplary written and verbal English communication capabilities, are required. Fluency in additional languages is a bonus.
