Pay Range: $85 - $95 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Expert Product Owner to join our technology solution delivery team, playing a pivotal role in implementing and managing the product lifecycle with a focus on aligning business requirements and technical documentation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet business needs, prioritizing the technology solution delivery team’s backlog, and acting as a liaison between business sponsors, stakeholders, and IT staff. This role requires a profound understanding of business processes, goals, and problems to effectively advocate for business needs and ensure the product vision is communicated clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and prioritize the technology solution delivery team's backlog.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical documentation by writing/approving business rules, user stories, and integration dependencies.
  • Play a significant role in quality control by accepting stories as done.
  • Advocate for business needs with a deep understanding of business processes, goals, and problems.
  • Ensure that the delivered outputs align with business requirements by holding accountability.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven leadership in product management and delivery.
  • Strong capability in writing and approving technical and business documentation.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication.
Industry Experience Required:
  • Experience in tech service products and solutions delivery within Client System technology service products or similar domain.
Additional Requirements:
  • Hybrid/onsite working arrangement with a location preference for San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or Salt Lake City.
  • Leadership over a team of 6-10 employees.
