Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to join our Partnerships team. This role is at the forefront of transforming partner products to be delightful for users and contribute significantly to the business. You will be responsible for developing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for partnerships, driving feature development from concept to release, and crafting public-facing messaging. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and data science teams, ensuring a consistent product voice across all products and leading go-to-market strategies for partner integrations and co-marketing launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for partnerships.
  • Synthesize user feedback and translate it into actionable product features.
  • Develop public-facing messaging and narratives for partner products.
  • Align product teams and cross-functional partners to execute a shared vision.
  • Role model behaviors that encourage open communication and curiosity.
  • Make informed judgment and prioritization decisions aligned with user interests.
  • Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for the business and users.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for partner integrations and co-marketing launches.
  • Build enablement toolkits (pitch decks, one-pagers, integration guides, FAQs, case studies) for internal teams and external partners.
  • Own success metrics for partner programs, such as API adoption, activation, conversion/revenue impact, retention, and partner NPS, and run experiments to improve performance.
  • Build compelling, customer-focused stories and collaborate with marketing and communications partners.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 10+ years in product management and/or product marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in product leadership within a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to build and scale global consumer products and ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take an idea to reality and lead teams through dynamic environments.
  • Experience working on consumer products that drive significant revenue.
  • Strong ability to use data and perform business analysis to support product strategy and decisions.
  • Excitement to drive execution across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoyment of the details of individual contributor product management work.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategy for partner integrations and co-marketing launches.
  • Ability to build enablement toolkits for BD/partner managers and external partners.
  • Experience delivering partner experiences on 3rd party platforms.
  • Expertise in building APIs that power different types of experiences.
  • Ability to own success metrics for partner programs and run experiments to improve performance (API adoption, activation, conversion/revenue impact, retention, partner NPS).
  • Skill in building compelling, customer-focused stories and collaborating with marketing and communications.

  • Travel Industry (strong ability and desire to travel frequently, domestically and internationally)
  • Partnerships (experience in Partner GTM, Partner Enablement, delivering partner experiences on 3rd party platforms)
