• Develop exceptional original artwork packages and title treatment designs for new titles.
• Ideate creative approaches to leverage artwork in innovative ways.
• Consistently refine concepts and final executions based on team feedback to guide early designs.
• Advocate for design excellence to improve and drive audience engagement.
• Efficiently manage project workflows in collaboration with program managers to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.

• 3+ years of experience as a key creative contributor with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design, typography, and illustration.
• Proven ability to design successful consumer experiences in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Experience with photo compositing, illustration, and managing digital content across multiple platforms (mobile, web, TV).
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Familiarity with version control and creating engineering-friendly design specifications and documentation.
