Pay Range: $75.00 - $85.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Migration Manager to lead the strategy and execution of application integration migrations, ensuring a seamless transition for customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end migration communications, continuously improve the migration experience, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. This role requires a strong execution mindset, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute application integration migration plans, ensuring system and customer readiness.
  • Own end-to-end migration communications, including customer emails and in-product messaging.
  • Track migration progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate and enhance the integration migration experience to minimize customer impact.
  • Provide structured status updates to stakeholders and ensure all customer-facing support content is current.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in platform migrations or application integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Industry Experience:

Experience in Technical Program Management within the tech industry is preferred.
