JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the transition of a product from concept to production, with an eye on customer and market demands.
- Define and document comprehensive product requirements and roadmaps for execution.
- Write clear user stories within an Agile framework, paying close attention to dependencies.
- Collaborate extensively across functions to deliver scalable technologies and revamp legacy systems through well-defined product roadmaps.
- Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders and implementation teams, focusing on improving internal processes and identifying key dependencies for various incentive compensation models.
- Proven experience in product management and delivering software platforms.
- Strong understanding of and experience with incentive compensation management platforms (Varicent, SAP Callidus/Commission preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
