JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles many of the oversight duties involved in getting a product from the concept stage to the production stage; works to maximize product by foreseeing customer and market demands
- Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and the development/implementation teams
- Must be able to communicate effectively, analyze data from numerous inputs, and provide direction and guidance to their subordinates
- Often in charge of coordinating marketing, sales, and other product-implementation strategies to ensure that operations are properly conducted.
- Conduct research using primary and secondary methods (including BI platforms such as Tableau) to unlock and translate customer empathy and market dynamics
- Effectively demo software products - Create clear, actionable roadmaps and backlogs
- Collaborate with data analysts, researchers and engineers
- Demonstrate an appreciation for the detail while being able to effectively summarize complex
- Product Management methodologies - Accounting software (preferred but not essential)
