JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• This role will be responsible for the design, creation/development, and support of the new Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solution at ***, working exclusively on the desktop product and implementation.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Onboarding program to convert current new hire onboarding "checklist" into an interactive introduction and task list using new DAP
• Collaborate with the Productivity and Collaboration and IT Communications teams to design and develop real-time learning opportunities, campaigns, training and support for standard collaboration platforms (desktop versions)
• Coordinate with Enterprise Chatbot team to connect IT / new Enterprise Bot with DAP product
• Documenting design processes and presenting progress reports to all relevant stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience with Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) development (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, Apty, etc.)
• WalkMe Builder certificationrequired
• Strong sense of visual design
• Ability to engage with engineers, other parts of the business and senior leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in extended Office 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Working knowledge of user experience research and usability testing
• Working knowledge of Jira preferred
