Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: San Jose, CA (#LI - Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70-$75/Hr. on W2

Job Summary:
Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and ideation through high-fidelity UI and final delivery.
  • Design intuitive vehicle and parts shopping experiences across web and native platforms.
  • Create user flows, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Content, and Design teams to translate customer needs and business goals into effective solutions.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, exploration, and iteration.
  • Contribute to UX research and content design when needed, including UX copy and translating research insights into design direction.

    • Must-Have Skills:
    1. 8–10 years of professional Product/UX Design experience with a strong portfolio.
    2. Advanced Figma & prototyping expertise, including interaction flows, component-level design, and high-fidelity UI.
    3. Web & native mobile product design experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership.
    4. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Design.
    5. AI-powered design tools/workflows with the ability to leverage AI for faster exploration and iteration while maintaining design quality.

     

    Industry Experience:
    Experience in e-commerce and/or automotive/vehicle shopping experiences.
