Job Description

Contract Type:  W2
Duration:  6+ Months with Possible extension
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $80 - $90 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role focuses on designing and building AI-powered tools to enhance employee and manager experiences within a company. You will work at the intersection of product design and artificial intelligence, collaborating closely with AI engineers to create innovative interfaces that go beyond traditional screens. The position requires a blend of design expertise and hands-on coding to bring AI-native experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design language for AI-native employee tools.
  • Design and iterate on experiences for AI-powered HR services.
  • Prototype and productize AI experiences using Figma and code.
  • Design for agentic interfaces and AI collaboration.
  • Partner with engineers and PMs to execute technical designs.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in product design engineering with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern web development technologies like React.
  • Experience designing AI-native or conversational interfaces.

This role requires experience in designing internal tools for non-technical end users, with a focus on delivering consumer-grade product quality.
