Location: San Francisco, CA Onsite 
Pay Range: $50 - $58 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Agile Product Analyst to review our internal systems and platforms, recommending essential updates and fixes. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum processes, ensure team efficiency and goal achievement while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product buy-in and oversee successful customer releases. This role is pivotal in researching market trends, establishing product requirements, and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge to influence our product strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of internal systems and platforms to recommend updates or bug fixes.
  • Facilitate Scrum processes, protect the team from external interruptions, and help remove impediments.
  • Create comprehensive product requirements documents based on market research.
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships with Product Owners and collaborate with cross-functional teams for product implementation.
  • Analyze product metrics post-release to identify and optimize user experience and product performance.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Experience in developing technical products and knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Looking for a 4 to 7 plus years’ experience
Industry Experience Required:
  • Prior experience in technology or software development industries is preferred.
