Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be the key liaison among product marketing, engineering, sales, and analytics teams, ensuring the successful incubation, launch, and adoption of innovative ad products. Your role will involve managing multiple projects with aggressive timelines, driving end-to-end program strategies, and directly supporting advertiser engagement and campaign setups, including A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery and launch of innovative ad tech products, focusing on ad formats and serving/targeting features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, engineering, and analytics to test new ad offerings.
- Strategize solutions for both new initiatives and established procedures, ensuring efficient program management for alpha or beta phases.
- Support advertiser onboarding and campaign setup, including A/B testing, while addressing and escalating any issues identified.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve user experience and product quality, employing tools like SQL for data analysis.
Must-Have Skills:
- Solid project management skills with a proven track record in technical operational roles.
- Strong ability to interpret data to drive decisions and improve user experiences, including working knowledge of SQL.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
Industry Experience Required:
- Experience in the technology or digital advertising industry, particularly with ad product operations.
