JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
We are looking for a dynamic individual to work closely with our product management, design, and engineering teams in our Santa Clara office (hybrid model) to launch and enhance products that exceed user expectations. The ideal candidate will delve into user behavior data, leveraging tools like Pendo, to drive product improvements and will play a crucial role in strategic product development decisions. This role involves engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, managing the Pendo environment, and ensuring product and feature releases align with user requirements and business objectives.

• Analyze user/customer data for product improvement suggestions.
• Provide strategic direction for Pendo integration and usage, including security and data integrity.
• Administer the Pendo environment, focusing on user access controls, security settings, and integrations.
• Lead UX initiatives, managing in-application messaging and user polling projects.
• Keep the organization updated on Pendo functionalities and best practices through attending webinars and events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years experience with product experience platforms, preferably Pendo.
• Proficient in designing product metrics tracking solutions and managing user experience design.
• Strong project management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
