We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in Identity & Access Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable solutions, managing product roadmaps, and making recommendations for complex scenarios. You will also participate in scrum ceremonies, drive on-time delivery of projects, and ensure effective communication and coordination across teams.
- Design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet global business requirements.
- Manage product roadmaps and lead product strategy.
- Make recommendations for complex scenarios requiring process transformation.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and prioritize Epics, User Stories, and Tasks.
- Drive on-time delivery of all aspects of projects within the IAM Transformation Program.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science; 7+ years in technology roles, preferably with a Master's in a related field.
- 5+ years' experience with IAM platforms (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk) and strong understanding of data governance.
- Proven project management skills, including ownership and driving results in complex technical projects.
- Technical proficiency in CI/CD, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, Agile Release, and test-driven design.
