We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in Identity & Access Management to join our team. - Design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet global business requirements.
- Manage product roadmaps and lead product strategy.
- Make recommendations for complex scenarios requiring process transformation.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and prioritize Epics, User Stories, and Tasks.
- Drive on-time delivery of all aspects of projects within the IAM Transformation Program.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science; 7+ years in technology roles, preferably with a Master's in a related field.
- 5+ years' experience with IAM platforms (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk) and strong understanding of data governance.
- Proven project management skills, including ownership and driving results in complex technical projects.
- Technical proficiency in CI/CD, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, Agile Release, and test-driven design.
