Duration: 4 Months 
Location: Newark CA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 Per Hour


Job Summary:

This role provides crucial transactional support for global supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient processing of purchase orders and requisitions. The specialist will manage a high volume of procurement activities, partnering with various teams to maintain seamless business operations. Success in this position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to independently handle complex purchasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requisitions and orders accurately.
  • Manage supplier documentation and onboarding.
  • Validate purchasing data and ensure compliance.
  • Support invoice reconciliation and issue resolution.
  • Generate reports on procurement activity.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Coupa and SAP for procurement.
  • Experience managing high volumes of transactions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments is preferred.
