Contract Type: W2 ONLY
Duration: 6 Months + (Possible extension for the right candidate)
Location:San Jose, CA (REMOTE)
Pay Range: $45 - $55 per hour
JOB SUMMARY:
We are searching for a Procurement/Budgeting Analyst to manage and optimize our financial planning and procurement processes. This crucial role includes developing budgets, overseeing expenditures, and ensuring procurement aligns with financial constraints, thereby supporting the organization's fiscal health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the Sourcing and Procurement teams, facilitating the PR process and driving cost savings without compromising quality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and oversee organizational budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Conduct cost analyses and ensure procurement activities are within budget.
- Liaise with various departments to assess financial needs and optimize procurement strategies.
- Review SOW submissions, submit PRs in Oracle, and follow up with approvers to maintain progress.
- Prepare financial reports, forecast future budget requirements, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and detail-oriented approach.
- Proactive communication and the ability to adapt to a startup culture.
