Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Process Engineer Team Lead with a minimum of 15 years in the midstream oil and gas sector. This role focuses on leading the Process Engineering team to develop efficient process schemes, manage project deliverables within budget constraints, and innovate to meet emerging industry challenges. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to our mission of driving energy innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assess process engineering performance and quality, offering feedback and development plans for direct reports.
  • Support in recruiting and technical interviews to strengthen the engineering team.
  • Ensure engineering and design tasks meet quality requirements, are cost-efficient, and align with project schedules.
  • Oversee preparation and review of engineering deliverables including diagrams, specifications, and reports to ensure project and client standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning about industry standards and practices, providing technical support across projects and during pre-commissioning/commissioning activities.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in process engineering within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong familiarity with Hysys or equivalent simulation software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and projects successfully.

Required Industry Experience:

  • Must have extensive experience in the midstream sector of the oil and gas industry, with a history of working in EPCs, engineering consultancies, or similar environments.
