JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Join our Business Process Improvement (BPI) team as a Process Analyst to play a crucial role in developing automated process solutions. With a high level of autonomy, you will engage in all phases of process re-engineering projects, applying an innovative outlook and analytical skills to complex systems and business problems. Your role involves extensive interaction with internal customers to identify, research, and resolve process-related issues.
Work closely with internal customers and stakeholders to understand and document business processes.
Facilitate sessions to gather information and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Model, analyze, and propose recommendations for process improvements using BPMN and Lean Six Sigma principles.
Document business and technical requirements and lead user testing to ensure process solution accuracy.
Provide training and ongoing support for implemented process solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in BPMN for process modeling.
Strong analytical skills to capture and analyze process data.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal customers and stakeholders.
