Duration:  6+ Months
Location: Chicago ,IL-3 Days per week in office
Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Intermediate Business Process Analyst for the TPS line of business, starting on 9/22/2025 for a 6-month duration with a possibility of extension or conversion to FTE. The role will involve analyzing current process models, designing future processes, and ensuring their effectiveness post-implementation, based in our Chicago office with a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates should bring strong process consulting and leadership skills, with an ability to document, analyze, and improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and compare current vs. future process designs, determining necessary improvements.
  • Design and manage changes to business processes, documenting business rules.
  • Test processes to ensure correct outcomes, and examine the impact of process changes on the organization.
  • Gather and analyze feedback for future process improvements.
  • Monitor and measure process effectiveness, identifying inefficiencies.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 3-5 years of process consulting experience.
  • Leadership experience with strong workshop management capability.
  • Expertise in process mapping, analysis, and writing procedures.
Domain Experience:
  • Previous experience in business process analysis, particularly within TPS or similar industry, preferred.
 
Industry Experience:
  • Experience with VISIO or other mapping tools.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Power BI or other data analytics tools.
