Job Summary:
The Principal Solutions Architect will serve as a technology leader in our consulting practice, focusing on transforming business challenges into tech-centric, scalable solutions. This role is key in connecting strategy, pre-sales, and delivery execution with a strong emphasis on innovation and developing accelerators for enhanced delivery. The ideal candidate will work remotely, adapting to US PST work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic pre-sales efforts, translating client pain points into high-level technical roadmaps.
  • Architect cost-effective, innovative solutions tailored to RFP requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to ensure the architectural vision is correctly implemented across teams.
  • Develop accelerators to streamline delivery and improve time-to-market.
  • Serve as a bridge between strategy, Pre-sales, architecture, and delivery, driving technological innovation.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong executive-level communication capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI Cloud services.

Required Experience:

  • 12+ years in IT with at least 5 years in a leading consulting Architect role.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Cloud certification (AWS or Azure) and advanced AI/ML certification.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering business ROI in multiple enterprise engagements.

Domain Experience:

  • Preferably with a background in consulting and strategy within the managed services domain.
