Location: Remote (PST Based)
Pay Range: $37 - $40 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary:
The Press Measurement Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company is perceived globally. This individual will be responsible for measuring and tracking the effectiveness of all communication strategies, partnering closely with the Measurement and Insights lead to enhance the way the impact of communications is evaluated and reported. The goal is to ensure remains a positively talked-about brand, utilizing data-driven insights to minimize negative coverage and promote a positive image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations with external vendors like Onclusive for measuring and tracking the impact of the Communications team’s work.
  • Improve the way Communications' effectiveness is measured, linking results directly to business impacts.
  • Produce detailed reports on campaign impacts, monthly summaries, quarterly deep dives, and review OKRs.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate measurement of Communications efforts across campaigns and geographies.
  • Provide custom ad-hoc analyses for various tracking needs including narrative, executive, and crisis topics.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in writing complex boolean searches.
  • Minimum of 6-7 years experience in media monitoring or press measurement
  • Adept at conducting detailed analyses, deriving insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficient in using media monitoring platforms (Brandwatch, Onclusive, Cision, Newswhip).

Industry Experience Required:

  • Minimum 6-7 years in media monitoring or press measurement, preferably within the hospitality or tech industry.
