- Establish and maintain platform policies, governance processes, and standards
- Oversee platform operations, outage response, and monitoring
- Develop integration and automation strategies
- Manage vendor relations, contracts, and renewals
- Foster relationships with customers and drive mutual success plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong background in cloud-based technologies
