Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour on w2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous HR People Solutions Associate to join our dynamic Global People Solutions team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries, managing HR processes, ensuring accurate record administration, and enhancing overall HR service delivery within a fast-paced environment. The role demands high-quality customer service and the ability to navigate ambiguity while learning quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 level inquiries related to Benefits, Payroll, etc.
- Escalate issues appropriately to the team manager.
- Accurately maintain and update employee records.
- Engage in problem analysis and solution identification.
- Suggest improvements for processes and tools based on daily function insights.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit high integrity.
Domain Experience:
- Experience in HR Shared Services/Operations preferred.
- 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably within a global company.
