Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a People Operations Workday Reporting Specialist for our Global Shared Services team. The successful candidate will be a technical wizard in Workday, with exceptional skills in data management and process optimization, aiming for operational excellence and a seamless employee experience. This role is critical for maintaining high data integrity, crafting actionable insights through advanced analytics, and ensuring our operational processes are agile and efficient as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global Workday data transactions, ensuring integrity across the employee lifecycle.
- Develop complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for leadership decision-making.
- Institute and maintain audit SOPs for 100% data accuracy and compliance.
- Enable Workday functionality for People Operations, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement automated solutions for process enhancement and scalability.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in Workday HCM functionalities including reporting and EIBs.
- Experience in Quality Management Systems and process audits.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in HR Operations or HRIS within a high-growth technology domain is essential.
