Job Summary: The Partner Renewal Specialist is a pivotal role focusing on maximizing sales through consulting and presenting various renewal product options to existing customers while capturing new business opportunities. This role is instrumental in ensuring customer data accuracy and providing post-sales support to enhance the productivity of the SMARTnet Sales team. The Specialist's efforts are geared towards driving Renewal Rates and fostering strong business relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with the sales team to provide renewal quotes, overcome objections, and adjust proposals to ensure an optimal solution is offered.
- Track and update the status of all open opportunities and sell the benefits of multiyear and financing options.
- Collaborate with sales teams on strategies and coordinate quotes to drive Renewal Rate.
- Handle pre-sales tasks and process post-sales requests including new maintenance quoting and pre-order preparation.
- Manage the SMARTnet email inbox, respond to basic sales inquiries, and maintain a fundamental knowledge of Cisco service solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Support practices.
- Strong knowledge in Renewals and Negotiation.
- Effective Communication and Relationship Building skills.
Industry Experience:
- Experience or familiarity with Cisco service solutions is advantageous but not mandatory. An understanding of IT and technology service sales would be beneficial.
This role requires a high school diploma and welcomes candidates with 0-2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Support, equipped with basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
