Job Summary:
An experienced Accounts Payable Specialist is needed to join our team, focusing on the efficient and accurate processing of invoice payments and driving operational enhancements. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of financial data surrounding the accounts payable function and fostering strong relationships with business partners to maintain timely transaction processing. This role requires active participation in system implementations aimed at improving the accounts payable process across our North American locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prior experience in the Accounts Payable function within any industry is desirable, showcasing an ability to adapt and drive improvements within diverse operational frameworks.
Part-time Schedule Details:
Approximately 4 hours per week, divided over 2 days. Hours are flexible and can be tailored to accommodate the successful candidate's availability.
